Dear Chaffee Community,
The Chaffee School District is a learning community committed to creating an excellent place for students to learn, teachers to teach, staff to work, and families and residents to know students are receiving high-quality, personalized learning experiences that ensure their readiness for the rigors of their career, college, and life-choices.
To build on this commitment, the school district frequently gathers input from our students, staff, and residents to inform our progress on district goals, help inform our decisions, and ensure continuous improvement. Collecting data points from our residents allows us to recognize the excellent work that many in the district accomplish daily while also listening to you to identify improvement opportunities so we can continue to provide a school district you are proud to support.
At this time, we are providing you an opportunity to give your feedback by completing a survey. Survey results are anonymous and confidential; names will not be collected.
The survey opens Monday February 26, 2024.and closes Friday March 8, 2024.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey at this link:

The survey results will be shared with our district’s continuous improvement team to measure and develop goals that align with our district’s strategic plan.
Your input is valuable, and we appreciate hearing from you! Thank you in advance for your feedback and your commitment to our success.
Sincerely,
Shawn Nix, Ed.D.
