JUNIOR/SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CHRISTMAS CONCERT IS DECEMBER 18 -- The Jr/Sr High School Band and Choir Christmas Concert will be held on Thursday, December 18, in the High School Gym starting at 6:00 p.m.
The concert will feature:
~ Jr/Sr High School Choir
~ 7th Grade Beginning Band
~ 8th Grade Intermediate Band
~ High School Band
HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE AT THE HS BOYS BASKETBALL GAME ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16 -- Chaffee High School will be hosting a Food Drive for students over Christmas Break. In exchange for the $4 admission for the HS Boys Basketball game on December 16th, fans can provide any of the following types of items for admission:
~ Mac & Cheese Cups
~ Granola Bars
~ Ramen Noodles
~ Canned Soup
~ Frozen Pizza
~ Pizza Rolls
~ Or any food item easily prepared by a student
If you are unable, or forget, we will have a regular gate collection as well.
NATIONAL ATHLETIC DIRECTORS DAY - DECEMBER 15, 2025
National Athletic Directors Day is celebrated on December 15, 2025. Today we recognize and thank our Athletic Director, Aaron Horrell, for his dedication, leadership, and countless hours spent supporting student-athletes, coaches, and athletic programs. His behind-the-scenes work makes a lasting impact on not only our athletes, but all of our students, school, and community. We thank him for his commitment and passion and for always going above and beyond for our Red Devils and Lady Devils!

TOYS FOR TOTS DONATIONS - The High School will be taking toy donations until Monday, December 15, for Toys for Tots. There are boxes in the High School Lobby for donation drop offs. Thank you for your support!
HS GIRLS BASKETBALL – HOLIDAY CLASSIC TOURNAMENT – DECEMBER 13 – Good Luck to our Lady Devils in the Quarterfinal Round of the Holiday Classic Tournament. Lady Devils will play Cape Central at 3:00 p.m. at Saxony on December 13th!
CRAFT FAIR, CHRISTMAS MINI PICTURES, FOOD AND FUN IN THE CHS ACTIVITY CENTER AND CHRISTMAS ACTIVITIES ALL OVER TOWN (SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13)
The Chaffee Chamber of Commerce Christmas Extravaganza is on Saturday, December 13th, and there will be Christmas activities ALL throughout Chaffee. Saturday will look like a Hallmark movie in downtown Chaffee.
Make sure you stop by the Chaffee High School Activity Center for the Craft Fair, Christmas Mini Pictures, and awesome food!
CRAFT FAIR - The FCA sponsored Craft Fair in the CHS Activity Center will have numerous vendors with gifts, crafts, and more from 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
CHRISTMAS MINI PICTURES - The Chaffee Mogul Staff will be having Christmas Mini Pictures at the CHS Activity Center from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. with their Christmas backdrop and Santa! Photos will be $5 each and will be delivered SAME DAY!
FOOD - There will also be awesome food available for purchase by CHS Student Council.
There will be Craft Fairs (CHS Activity Center and Elks), Christmas Mini Pictures, Food, Parade of Trees, Cookie Walk and Passports, Santa, Downtown businesses will be open late, and many other festive events throughout town! The evening will end with the Christmas Parade at 6:00 p.m.
So, spend the day with family and friends enjoying all of the Christmas activities and events, shopping local, watching the Christmas Parade and make some holiday memories!

CES REMINDER -- 1ST AND 2ND GRADE CHRISTMAS CONCERT ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10 -- The 1st and 2nd grade Christmas Concert will be on Wednesday, December 10, at 6:00 p.m. in the CES gym. Our students have been working hard to prepare an enjoyable program that showcases their musical growth and teamwork. We are proud of their dedication and look forward to sharing their accomplishments with you. Important Details: ● Arrival time for performers: 5:30! Performers can go to the music room, families and audience members can go find a seat in the gym! ● Dress code: Christmas attire! Dresses, Khakis, nice jeans, sweaters, button ups, any nice clothes! Bonus for some Christmas flare! ● Performance date & time: December 10th at 6:00 PM. ● Location: Chaffee Elementary Gym. CONGRATULATIONS KOLBEY ESTES - NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT TO PLAY AT UHSP IN ST. LOUIS -- Congratulations to Kolbey Estes who signed his National Letter of Intent on Friday, December 5th, to play at University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy (UHSP) in St. Louis choosing the NAIA program for its top academics as he continues his athletic career.
LADY DEVILS GAME DAY IN THE RIVER CITY CLASSIC – The Lady Devils will play the Alton Lady Comets for 3rd place in the River City Classic Tournament at Doniphan on Saturday, December 6. Game Time is at 4:00 p.m. Good Luck Lady Devils!
