HS GIRLS BASKETBALL – FIRST STATE COMMUNITY BANK HOLIDAY CLASSIC TOURNAMENT (DECEMBER 10) – It's the Opening Round for the Holiday Classic Tournament. The Lady Devils will play the Kelly Lady Hawks (at Delta) on Wednesday, December 10th. Game Time is at 6:30 p.m. Admission: $6.00 per person (Ages 6 and up). Cash only.
CES REMINDER -- 1ST AND 2ND GRADE CHRISTMAS CONCERT ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10 -- The 1st and 2nd grade Christmas Concert will be on Wednesday, December 10, at 6:00 p.m. in the CES gym. Our students have been working hard to prepare an enjoyable program that showcases their musical growth and teamwork. We are proud of their dedication and look forward to sharing their accomplishments with you. Important Details: ● Arrival time for performers: 5:30! Performers can go to the music room, families and audience members can go find a seat in the gym! ● Dress code: Christmas attire! Dresses, Khakis, nice jeans, sweaters, button ups, any nice clothes! Bonus for some Christmas flare! ● Performance date & time: December 10th at 6:00 PM. ● Location: Chaffee Elementary Gym. We kindly ask that all students who can attend to be there and stay for the entire concert to support their fellow performers! It is a busy time of the year, but we hope to see everyone there! CONGRATULATIONS KOLBEY ESTES - NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT TO PLAY AT UHSP IN ST. LOUIS -- Congratulations to Kolbey Estes who signed his National Letter of Intent on Friday, December 5th, to play at University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy (UHSP) in St. Louis choosing the NAIA program for its top academics as he continues his athletic career.
LADY DEVILS GAME DAY IN THE RIVER CITY CLASSIC – The Lady Devils will play the Alton Lady Comets for 3rd place in the River City Classic Tournament at Doniphan on Saturday, December 6. Game Time is at 4:00 p.m. Good Luck Lady Devils!
CONGRAULATIONS CHS RED DEVIL BOYS VARSITY BASKETBALL -- Congratulations to our Red Devil Boys Varsity Basketball Team for their 2nd place finish in the OIT. Bell City came away with the win 52-41. Congratulations to Dane McMullin and Nolan Fowler for making the All Tournament Team!

BLOOD DRIVE ON DECEMBER 2 -- There will be a Blood Drive on Tuesday, December 2, from 1:00-6:00 p.m. in the Chaffee High School Activity Center. Students who are interested in giving blood should see Mr. Westrich. The community can visit RedCrossBlood.org or call 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767) to schedule an appointment or just walk in if appointments are available. All units collected will help to save lives and also help Chaffee High School students earn scholarships. All donors are greatly appreciated!

The Girls game tonight (December 1st) vs Liberty-Mountain View at the Doniphan River City Classic Tournament has been POSTPONED until Wednesday (same opponent and time) due to inclement weather. The Boys game at the Oran Invitational Tournament is now a 4:00 p.m. start vs Oran at Oran. Bus departure time is 3:00 p.m.

The CHS Yearbook staff will be hosting a Photos with Santa event on Tuesday, December 2nd, during school hours! Photos are $5 each and will be delivered by email. Prints are also available at an additional cost. Order forms were sent home with CES students, and order forms and payment are due to your child’s teacher by Monday, December 1st (Checks made payable to Chaffee High School). *This event is for CES students only -- no outside children or parents allowed!* We can't wait to capture some holiday magic at Chaffee Elementary soon!
REMINDER -- EARLY DISMISSAL DAY ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 1ST -- Chaffee Elementary and Jr/Sr High School will have an Early Dismissal on Monday, December 1, 2025. Classes will be dismissed at 1:34 p.m.

CONGRATULATIONS CHAFFEE JUNIOR HIGH BOYS BASKETBALL – The 7th grade team finished 2nd place in the Scott-Mississippi Conference Tournament. The 8th grade won the CHAMPIONSHIP game in the Scott-Mississippi Conference Tournament in overtime 37-34 over East Prairie! Our 8th grade team was also the Regular Season Conference Champions.
