There is an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Monday, July 31, from 1:00-6:00 pm in the Chaffee High School Gym Lobby. This is the 20th Annual St. Louis Cardinals Blood Drive. All spring athletes, I will be in contact this week about patch orders and will make our spring sports patch orders on Friday June 16th.
On one of the last days of the school year we had a meeting with all 7-11th grade athletes (going to be 8th through seniors) and gave out a summer offseason workout schedule, as well as summer sports schedule, and also notified them if they needed a new physical before next year (along with the paperwork needed).
I just updated what has been turned in and we have over 40 returning athletes without an up to date physical on hand for next school year.
Make sure to get this taken care of before you start your next sport and have to miss practice time, as MSHSAA states you have to have 14 practices in to be eligible to play!
